Posting Sermons to the Website #
- Download the Sermon from Zoom
- Trim the Sermon
- Prepare the Sermon Title Screen
- Upload the Sermon and Sermon Summary to Youtube
- Add the Youtube ID and Sermon Details on the Website
Step 1 - Download the Sermon from Zoom #
Log into Zoom and go to Recordings > Mona Heights Chapel’s Sunday Zoom Meeting and download the Shared Screen with Speaker View

Step 2 - Trim the Sermon #
Review the sermon and remove any preamble before the sermon and any extra content after the sermon.
Step 3 - Prepare the Sermon Title Screen #
The Sermon Title Screen is prepared in Canva, contact the Tech Team to gain access and permission to the Canva document. In the Canva Document, copy an older Sermon and replace it with the Sermon Title for the day. Download the Sermon Title as a PNG file.

Step 4 - Upload the Sermon and Sermon Summary to Youtube #
For this step, you will need:
- A Summary of the Sermon
- The Sermon Title Screen
- The Trimmed Sermon File
As the Mona Youtube User click Create and upload the Trimmed Sermon File. Add the Sermon Title, Sermon Summary and Set the Thumbnail to the Sermon Title Screen PNG.

Step 5 - Add the Youtube ID and Sermon Details on the Website #
At this point you will have a Youtube ID for the Sermon. Log into the Website and go to Sermons > New Sermons.
Enter the name of the sermon for the Title, the summary of the sermon for the Description
The unique YouTube ID for the Video ID and select a Speaker (if the speaker does not exist in the list, you’ll need to add the speaker). Be sure to set the Publish Date and make the sermon Active.
Once you’re satisfied, click Publish.
